Vehonitor is a Chennai-based product development team building web and mobile applications. We've shipped three live products — reliableDrs, Tner, and Parkidam — across web, App Store, and Play Store, and we're looking for someone to run our development cycle and grow our client base through Upwork.

Development & Delivery Management

- Own the day-to-day execution of our product roadmap in Jira — the CEO sets direction and features, you own the how and when.
- Plan sprints, draft requirement documents, and coordinate development, testing, and deployment cycles.
- Track progress, flag blockers, and keep releases on schedule.

Upwork Client Acquisition

- Manage and bid on our existing Upwork profiles to bring in new clients and projects.
- Read job posts,



scope feasibility with real technical understanding, and write proposals that actually convert into work.

What We're Looking For

- Technical background or strong fluency in software development processes — enough to scope work credibly and plan realistic sprints.
- Proven experience managing delivery/projects using Jira or similar tools.
- Strong written communication (requirement docs and Upwork proposals alike).
- Business development or freelance-bidding experience is a plus.
