Haven Ventures is a growing real estate and investment firm based in Hyderabad, committed to delivering high-value projects and building lasting client relationships. We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth.

Role Overview

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue targets across our project portfolio. You'll work closely with leadership to align sales efforts with business goals and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics,



and report progress to senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing
- Negotiate high-value deals and contracts
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (real estate experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics
