nKey Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and design requirements.n
- Create user-centered wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are both functional and visually engaging.n
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and iterate on designs.n
- Help define user personas, customer journeys, and other UX documentation.n
- Work on developing and maintaining design systems for consistent user experience across our platforms.n
- Participate in design sprints and review sessions to enhance product design quality.n
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends and apply them to improve the overall product experience.n
nRequirements:

- Recent graduate with a degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related discipline.n
- Certification in UX from design institutions is a plus.n
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of UX work, including wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.n
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.n
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability testing.n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working remotely with teams across India.n
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.n
