Key Responsibilities Include:

Manage end to end operations.

- Implement recent process flow and products.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and process flows.
- Manpowermanagement- Able to resolve manpower grievances and track ST/T performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams- Spares, Quality, finance, central teams.
- KPIs/KRAs- Repair TAT, Repair Quality, Cost saving.
- Handle Tier 2 cities procurement
- make roaster for DCs, Evaluators
