We're Hiring | Team Lead - Real Estate Sales/ Pre-sales

Location: Malad

Working days: 6 days a week / 1 rotational week-off

Shift: Day Shift

CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA

Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring productive handling of customer queries and issues.
- Knowledge and understanding of NPS & BQM
- Oversee shrinkage management to minimize losses and optimize productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure seamless escalation processes for complex cases and maintain high levels of CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
- Monitor KPIs such as AHT, SLA, and rostering to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

- At least 1 year experience as a Team Lead on paper
- Experience into Real Estate domain preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working rotational shifts.
