Job Summary

HomeBazaar is looking for an organized and proactive HR Admin to manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job role- HR Operations

Job Location- Andheri

HR Responsibilities

- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate joining formalities and induction processes
- Support employee engagement activities
- Assist in payroll inputs and HR reporting

Administrative Responsibilities

- Manage daily office administration activities
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Ensure office maintenance and housekeeping management
- Maintain office stationery and inventory records




- Handle courier and office correspondence
- Support management with administrative documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field
- 4-8 years of relevant HR/Admin experience preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude with good organizational skills
