Responsibilities

- In-process inspection of panel fabrication, wiring, assembly of partial finished panels.
- Inspection document readiness of PLC, LV drives, MV drives performed at Factory.
- Coordinate with TPI inspection agency for carry out inspection for Electrical instrumentation equipment.
- If required attend critical inspection in-person.
- Lead quality initiative like Six Sigma, 5S, offer safety, ISO certification.
- Conduct field feedback review provide feedback to engineering, Manufacturing.
- Participate in root cause analysis, vendor evaluation etc.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing of panel industries.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong debugging capability.
- Effective communication and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Customer-focused approach with robust teamwork skills.
