We are hiring a CRM Senior Executive (Full-time, On-role) to manage customer relationships from booking to handover for our real estate projects at Sarjapur, Bangalore. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

- Manage customers from booking till possession
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams
- Prepare demand letters, receipts, statements, and agreements
- Track payment schedules and follow up with customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
- Coordinate registrations, handovers, and documentation
- Prepare MIS reports for management

Qualifications

- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- 3 7 years of CRM experience in real estate
- Knowledge of booking, registration handover process
- Solid communication and coordination skills
