2. HR Operations & Compliance – Documentation, HRMS, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
3. Performance & Development – KRA/KPI-based performance management and L&D;/training initiatives.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement – Business partnering, workforce planning, engagement, and grievance resolution.
