Qualification: B.Com – Mandatory
Experience: 2–10 Years in R2R, depending on the position

Key Responsibilities
Candidates should have relevant experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes, including:
- General Ledger accounting and accounting activities
- Journal entries and month-end closing
- Account reconciliations and balance sheet activities
- Preparation and review of financial reports
- Intercompany accounting and related transactions
- Handling month-end / year-end closing activities
- Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies
- Ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned processes
Role-wise Experience
Accountant: 2+ years of relevant R2R experience
Senior Accountant: 3- 5 yrs Relevant R2R experience with strong accounting knowledge
SME: Team mentioning and supervising role- Robust R2R process knowledge with process-handling / mentoring experience
Team Lead: Minimum 8 yrs Relevant R2R experience with team handling and process management exposure is must
