Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of healthcare technology products. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in product management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to drive product initiatives from concept to execution.

This role will focus on Healthcare AR Collections, Eligibility, and Patient Outreach products, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational needs, and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and manage product roadmaps, priorities, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive product enhancements based on client and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Leadership teams to deliver impactful product solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into product features and enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and provide regular project and roadmap updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.




- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of new and existing product capabilities.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products aligned with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization, and product lifecycle activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
- Experience leading product enhancements from ideation to implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Healthcare Technology, Healthcare Operations, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Knowledge of Healthcare AR Collections, Eligibility, Patient Outreach, or Patient Engagement solutions.
- Exposure to patient-centric product development.
- Experience working with distributed and remote teams.
