About the Role
We’re seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Lead specializing in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to drive endtoend HCM Cloud implementations for a leading MNC in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & deliver HCM Cloud implementations across the hiretoretire cycle
- Provide expert support in Core HR & ORC modules
- Conduct workshops, design, configuration, testing & golive activities
- Collaborate with clients & crossfunctional teams for seamless delivery
- Mentor team members, allocate work & provide PM status updates
- Identify & resolve complex functional issues
- Flexibility for domestic & international travel
Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of HCM domain expertise
- Minimum 2 endtoend HCM Cloud implementations
- Robust knowledge of Core HR & ORC modules
- Indepth understanding of HCM Cloud processes & data flow
- Excellent communication, problemsolving & client management skills
- Proven leadership with planning, mentoring & followup capabilities
