Role : Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) professional with strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2 Project Portfolio Management (PPM)/Project Accounting. The ideal candidate will support billing-related processes, troubleshoot data issues, perform analysis directly against Oracle databases, and work closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable, particularly for organizations operating multiple ERP and billing platforms.

This is a 12-month contract position with overlap to U.S. business hours. Candidates who can provide support through at least 10:00 AM U.S. Central Time are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and troubleshoot Oracle EBS R12.2 PPM processes and related integrations.
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries against Oracle databases for reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation.
- Investigate billing-related issues, reconcile transactions, and support financial operations.
- Learn and support the organization's custom billing application and related business processes.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and resolve production issues.
- Perform data analysis, root cause investigation, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support system enhancements, testing activities, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ERP, finance, billing, and reporting functions.
- Document technical findings, business processes, and support procedures.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of overall IT experience,



with significant experience supporting enterprise financial systems.
- Strong expertise in Oracle SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.
- Experience supporting Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) modules.
- Strong understanding of financial and billing-related business processes.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot issues and perform detailed root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with billing systems in any industry.
- Experience supporting custom-developed billing applications.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or related modules) experience.
- Experience working in multi-ERP environments.
- Understanding of integrations between ERP, billing, and financial systems.
- Exposure to reporting and data migration activities.

Work Schedule
