Job Description :Batch Job Engineer

Location: Chennai
Experience: 8-10 Years.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robotic batch jobs and automation workflows.
- Monitor and manage scheduled batch processes in production environments.
- Troubleshoot job failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams for automation requirements.
- Optimize existing automation processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to operational, security, and compliance standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
- Provide L2/L3 support for automation-related incidents and service requests.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
- Experience with batch job scheduling tools such as Control-M, Autosys, TWS, etc.
- Good knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell Scripting.
- Experience in production support, monitoring, and incident management.
- Understanding of workflow automation, process optimization, and integration concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
