Role & responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (e.g., 2016, 2019, 2022).
- Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print services.
- Perform regular system updates, patching, and performance tuning.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure systems meet security and compliance requirements.
- Support virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
- Collaborate with other IT teams to deploy and maintain applications and services.
- Associate should also have exposure to the AWS (any certification is added advantage)
- Provide technical support and resolve escalated issues from the helpdesk.
