Job Description:

We are hiring an energetic sales professional for the role of Deputy Sales Manager Affordable Housing Finance (AFHO) for a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and business development for Affordable Housing Loans, Small-Ticket Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).

* Build, activate, and manage DSA networks, connector models, and direct sourcing channels.

* Handle complete lifecycle from customer prospecting, file login, to disbursement.

* Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Technical teams for swift processing and clearance.





* Meet and exceed monthly disbursement targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in AFHO, LAP, or Small Ticket Home Loans.

* Age: Up to 30 years only.

* Strong understanding of the local Coimbatore market and distributor network.

* Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
