translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable sustainable growthIdentify automation opportunities suitable for Gen AI or Agentic AI or RPA by conducting process walkthroughs, performing feasibility assessment, collaborate with client stakeholders on the business and technology side to finalize the transformation pipeline and steer the projects forwardWork with business scenarios with an ability to think logically and understand intricate processes such that business rules cover all process scenarios thereby improving Straight Through ProcessingThis role will support solutions across Banking domains; like Credit Services, Core Banking, Payment Operations, and Compliance (Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering). Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. You will be expected to be able to work with SMEs and build solution across these domainsIn this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for the given area of responsibilityThe person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsSome latitude in decision-making is involved, and you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on current assignmentsPlease note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts and complete work from office
