Urgent hiring for | BIg4| Service now developer ITSM, ITOM, HAM, CMDB (3-9 years)

- Design and develop custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and support modules including ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), CMDB, and HAM.
- Configure and maintain CMDB including CI data ingestion via Discovery, SCCM, and other integrations.
- Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, flow designer flows, etc.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server infrastructure.
- Work on HAM modules including asset lifecycle management, reconciliation, and software compliance.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., monitoring tools, third-party asset systems).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Maintain platform performance, security, and scalability.
- Perform system and integration testing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues
