Role & Responsibilities
- Drive Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA channel.
- Manage existing DSAs and develop current DSA/channel partner relationships to increase business.
- Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of quality leads and cases.
- Achieve monthly targets for login, sanction and disbursement.
- Regularly visit and coordinate with DSAs to ensure consistent business flow and improve productivity.
- Guide DSAs on product features, eligibility, documentation and case processing.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams for smooth and timely processing of cases.
- Track cases from login to disbursement and ensure proper follow-up to minimize delays.
- Focus on quality business, customer profile and proper documentation as per company policies.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the HL/LAP DSA network in Chennai.
