Taggd is recruiting an in-house sourcing and screening team for a large-volume engineering hiring programme running from September 2026 to January 2027. Personal spreadsheets, offline trackers and email or WhatsApp shortlists are not permitted.
Each recruiter carries around 10 live positions and works five sourcing channels in parallel, which is why the daily CV volume is high while the shortlist gate per position stays tight. This is a full-time, project-linked role based in Chennai. Twenty positions are open, split across common, moderate and niche-critical skill segments

5. Roles and Responsibilities
- Carry a live load of approximately 10 work-in-progress positions in sourcing at any time.
- Source daily across five channels: Naukri search and Naukri job postings, LinkedIn search, LinkedIn job postings and InMails, Monster and Shine.
- Download and upload a minimum of 250 CVs per day into TAGGD, with upload completed on the same working day.
- Deliver 7 CVs per position that explicit every CTQ gate listed in Section 6.
- Ensure every uploaded profile carries complete CTQ tagging.
- Complete first-level telephonic screening and record all outcomes directly in TAGGD.
- Identify and flag mismatches against the defined criteria at source, rather than progressing them through the funnel.
- Maintain live and accurate candidate stage status so that daily and weekly governance reviews run entirely off the TAGGD dashboard.
- Ensure no offline shortlists are circulated to hiring managers or client stakeholders.
- Escalate supply-side constraints to the Team Lead with supporting TAGGD data.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups through TAGGD workflows.
- Manage candidate engagement from screening through to joining.
