Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 9-15 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Angular, React, Kafka, and cloud-native application development. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, high-performance solutions in an Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
- Build scalable and high-performing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular and React.
- Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in system design discussions, technical reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure coding best practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployment initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 9-15 years of overall software development experience.
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in JAVA
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in frontened
- Strong experience in Angular and/or React development.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka-based solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Exposure to API Gateway and Service Mesh technologies.
- Knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or product-based organizations.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations and modern cloud-native architectures.
