Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and potential candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of US technical hiring requirements and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with clients (hiring managers).
- Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill positions.
