Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for various IT and NON-IT roles through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, communicating updates, and following up on offers.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or related field (IT/Non-IT).
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies for diverse skillsets.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tools.
