Key Skills:

- Strong experience in Java or Python
- Hands-on experience in Production/Application Support
- Experience in incident management, troubleshooting and RCA
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Valuable understanding of Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with REST APIs and Microservices
- Knowledge of AWS / Cloud technologies is preferred
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Exposure to deployment, release and CI/CD processes
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases is an added advantage
- Good understanding of Agile and ITIL practices

For SRE / Senior Production Support profiles:

- Experience with AWS, OpenShift, Node.js, Python, Java and MongoDB
- Strong experience in Monitoring & Observability
- Hands-on experience in P1/P2 incident management and RCA
- Experience in automation, auto-remediation and health checks
- Exposure to CI/CD, blue-green deployments and canary releases
