Position 1: IPDRG Coder

Location: Hyderabad | Chennai
Experience: 1+ Year
Package: Up to 12 LPA
Notice Period: Up to 1 Month
Certification: Any Medical Coding Certification

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate IPDRG coding as per client and industry guidelines.
- Review medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM/PCS and DRG codes.
- Ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and productivity.
- Identify documentation and coding discrepancies and escalate when required.

Position 2: Denials Coder

Location: Hyderabad | Chennai | Noida
Experience: 1+ Year
Package: Up to 10 LPA
Notice Period: Up to 1 Month

Certification: Any Medical Coding Certification

Key Responsibilities:

- Review denied claims and identify the root cause of denials.




- Analyze medical records, coding, and payer guidelines.
- Perform accurate coding corrections and resubmission-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with coding and reimbursement guidelines.
- Maintain quality and productivity targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ year of relevant Medical Coding experience.
- Medical Coding Certification is preferred/required as per role.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding guidelines.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
- Candidates with up to 1 month notice period are preferred.
