Role & responsibilities

Assist principle architect

- Must know Autocad & Sketchup

- Must be able to do 3D modeling and rendering

- Should take responsibility of work and complete projects on time

- Attend client meetings and give design presentations

- Must be creative but practical

- Coordinate with site to make sure work is going as per design specs

-Must be able to visit site as and when required

- Must be interested in healthcare/commercial projects

Preferred candidate profile

B.Arch or B.Des candidates welcome with min 1 yr experience

- Experience with commercial projects

- Experience in designing for brown field projects as well as green field projects

- Experience doing hospital projects and understands interiors and MEP for hospitals

- Must be able to coordinate with MEP team
