Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development, integrations, and customizations, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM Technical solutions with a focus on Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
- Design and develop Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI Reports.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Develop custom reports, interfaces, and technical components based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.




- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Technical, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Must have completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL) implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
- Experience with Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Fusion integrations.
- Valuable understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and security.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred

- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are an added advantage.
