- Lead requirements gathering and solution design for global shipping products and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, product owners, and development teams.
- Analyze and document business processes, user stories, and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle: concept, development, deployment, and support.
- Apply Agile and Product methodologies to drive delivery.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders on progress and challenges.
