About Role:

We are looking for a skilled Soldering technician & Debugging Engineer with hands-on experience in PCB assembly, rework, soldering, and hardware troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of SMT/THT soldering, PCB repair, debugging, ultra-small passive components (0402, 0201) and electronic testing tools.

Responsibilities:

- Perform SMT/SMD and Through-Hole PCB soldering
- Handle QFN, QFP, and BGA component soldering and rework
- Perform PCB repair, IC replacement, and debugging activities
- Conduct board bring-up, testing, and hardware troubleshooting
- Use soldering and testing tools such as multimeter and oscilloscope
- Read schematics and support PCB assembly activities
- Follow ESD and quality standards during production
