Shift: US Night Shift
Work Mode: Onsite

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Process US payroll (W2/1099) accurately and on time.

- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (QB) and ADP for payroll, accounting, and reporting.

- Manage timesheets, invoicing, billing, and payroll reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with US federal and state payroll regulations.

- Coordinate with HR and operations for payroll inputs and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

- US Payroll experience is mandatory.

- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks & ADP (mandatory).

- Good understanding of US taxation, payroll cycles, and compliance.

- Solid attention to detail and communication skills.
