- Building integrations with external applications using ServiceNow OOTB andcustom development; Web Services, APIs, DB-level integrations
- Understanding AS-IS/TO-BE processes and implementing new features usingServiceNow SAM/
- Discovery maps, normalization processes in SAM; fixing normalization errors
- Enabling publisher packs in SAM/software reconciliation processes
- Configuring dashboards in SAM
- Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services) andworking in a SaaS environment; knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL and relatedtechnologies
