We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Formulation Development Scientist(Injectables) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in formulation development and you will play a crucial role in developing new and improved formulations, ensuring product quality, and meeting regulatory requirements.

Location: Hyderabad(Dulapally)

Required Experience: 4-6 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Execute formulation development activities for sterile injectable products (liquid, lyophilized, suspensions).

- Conduct pre-formulation studies, excipient compatibility, and selection of formulation strategy.

- Perform trial batches, scale-up, and technology transfer to pilot / commercial manufacturing.

- Handle aseptic processing, vial/ampoule/PFS filling, and lyophilization cycles.

- Prepare and review development reports,



protocols, batch records, and SOPs.

- Support process optimization, troubleshooting, and yield improvement activities.

- Coordinate with Analytical, QA, QC, Production, and Engineering teams during development.

- Assist in exhibit batch execution and stability studies.

- Support regulatory documentation for ANDA/DMF submissions (Module 3 FD inputs).

- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements.

- Participate in audit support (internal, regulatory, customer audits).
