Eligibility

- Experience in sales of Water Purifiers or Home Appliances.
- Experience working in retail stores, General Trade, or Large Format Stores.
- Sales Promoter or Product Demonstrator experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and engage with walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Give product demonstrations and explain product features and perks.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display, shelf cleanliness, and visibility.
- Support in-store promotions and brand activities.
- Coordinate with store staff for smooth daily operations.
- Report daily sales, stock availability, and competitor activities.
- Follow company SOPs, attendance, and grooming standards.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Previous experience as a Sales Promoter / Sales Executive / Product Demonstrator.
- Experience in consumer durables, electrical appliances, water purifiers, or home appliances is preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Target-oriented and interested in sales.

Salary & Incentives

- CTC: Up to 28,000 per month
- Sales Incentives: 3,000 5,000 per month based on target achievement
