Required Skills & Experience

- 1014 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Program/Project Management.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing technology programs.
- Strong experience in Cloud Transformation / Cloud Migration / Cloud Infrastructure programs.
- Hands-on understanding of at least one major cloud platform:
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Experience managing large, complex, multi-team technology initiatives.
- Robust understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, Microservices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and application modernization.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience in budgeting, resource planning, vendor management, risk management, and governance.




- Experience working with globally distributed teams and matrix organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Good to Have

- PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification.
- AWS / Azure / GCP certification.
- Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Exposure to FinOps, cloud security, DevSecOps, data platforms, AI/ML, or digital transformation.
- Experience managing enterprise cloud migration or data-center transformation initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM would be an added advantage.
