Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage commercial construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee industrial construction projects, including warehouses, factories, and other commercial buildings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 13-25 years of experience in civil construction or related field.
- Robust knowledge of commercial buildings, commercial projects, construction projects, industrial building construction processes.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial construction projects on time and within budget.
