Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of mortgages and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the client base.
- Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and prepare reports for approval or rejection within the stipulated timeframe.
- Provide guidance on various types of mortgage products such as fixed rate loans, variable rate loans, home equity lines of credit (HELOC), etc.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in housing finance/housing loan/mortgage loans.
- Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with customers.
