Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage industrial construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop detailed project reports using Autocad software for tracking progress against milestones.
Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (industrial construction/projects).
- Solid understanding of industrial projects such as warehouses, factories, etc.
- Proficiency in Autocad software for drafting and design purposes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex industrial construction projects on time and within budget.
