Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct regular medical checks on employees in the manufacturing industry to identify potential health risks and provide necessary treatment.
- Develop and implement effective occupational health programs to prevent workplace accidents and diseases.
- Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures for maintaining a protected working environment.
- Provide training sessions for employees on industrial hygiene practices, first aid, and emergency response protocols.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience as a Factory Medical Officer or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health principles, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures implementation.
- Ability to conduct thorough physical examinations, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Certification in Occupational Health (e.g., CCOH) is an asset.
