Roles and Responsibilities
* Overall incharge of Laboratory
- Perform quality audits and customer audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation related to quality control processes, including records of inspections, tests, and audits.
- Conduct quality control activities such as raw material inspection, finished product testing, and in-process checks to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
