Role & responsibilities

- Logistics coordination: Assist in planning and monitoring dispatches of cement and raw materials.
- Supply chain support: Work on optimizing transport routes, vendor management, and warehouse operations.
- Documentation: Maintain records of dispatch schedules, freight bills, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Process improvement: Participate in initiatives to reduce logistics costs and improve turnaround time.
- Cross-functional exposure: Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams for smooth supply chain operations.

Eligibility

- MBA/PGDM in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Management (recent graduate).
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain basics, and ERP systems.
- Willingness to work in plant and field locations.

Skills Required

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and negotiation ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software.
