ZIMSON is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our retail team. The role involves delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers professionally and understand their requirements.
Recommend watches and related products based on customer preferences and budget.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Maintain strong product knowledge across brands, collections and offers.
Demonstrate products effectively and communicate key features and benefits.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising and store standards.
Maintain accurate billing, stock handling and other store processes.
Support promotional activities and brand initiatives.
Handle customer queries and provide effective after-sales support.
Maintain discipline, grooming and skilled standards on the sales floor.




Work closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve overall store objectives.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales preferred.
Experience in watches, jewellery, fashion, premium retail or lifestyle retail will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Strong interest in sales and achieving targets.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products confidently.
Valuable grooming and qualified appearance.
Ability to work in a team and in a target-driven environment.
Freshers with valuable communication skills and a strong interest in retail sales may also be considered.
