Sales Executive (Rooftop Solar)

Job Summary

Responsible for generating leads, acquiring current customers, and achieving sales targets for residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I;) rooftop solar projects. The role involves customer engagement, proposal submission, negotiations, and coordination until project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify recent leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Meet customers to understand their energy requirements and promote rooftop solar solutions.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility.
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams.
Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, and MIS reports.
Ensure timely payment follow-up and customer satisfaction.





Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Rooftop Solar, Solar EPC, Electrical, or Renewable Energy sales.

Skills Required
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and EPC processes.
Basic understanding of net metering and government solar policies.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

New customer acquisition.
Lead-to-order conversion.
Revenue generation.
Customer satisfaction and timely collections.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
