Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Solar EPC team. The candidate will be responsible for handling company-provided leads, meeting potential customers, explaining solar solutions, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on leads provided by the company.
Generate additional leads and identify potential customers for solar projects.
Conduct client meetings and understand their energy requirements.
Explain solar products, solutions, benefits, and project offerings to customers.
Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain solid customer relationships.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Negotiate with customers and support the sales team in closing deals.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or related industries.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Knowledge of solar products and basic understanding of solar systems will be an advantage.
