Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead and manage a team in our EdTech organization. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, team-handling, and student/customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
Monitor daily team activities, performance, and follow-ups.
Assign tasks and ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Provide coaching, training, and constructive feedback to team members.
Monitor student/customer enquiries and ensure proper follow-up.
Handle escalated student/customer concerns and support issue resolution.
Track team performance and prepare regular reports.




Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
Coordinate with HR and other departments for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the EdTech industry.
Previous experience in team handling or leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid leadership and people-management skills.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage targets, deadlines, and multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tool

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
