Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and patient-friendly Ayushman Mitra to assist beneficiaries under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) scheme. The candidate will act as a bridge between patients and hospital services, ensuring smooth processing of registrations, documentation, and claims.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and verify eligible patients under the PM-JAY scheme
Guide patients and their families about scheme advantages and procedures
Register patients and update records on the PM-JAY IT Platform
Assist in admission and discharge processes for beneficiaries
Verify and maintain patient documents and records
Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth service delivery
Support claim processing and documentation requirements
Handle front desk queries and provide accurate information
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
