Job Description

We are looking for a Supervisor to coordinate and monitor day-to-day site activities, manpower, and work progress. The candidate will work closely with engineers, contractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and work execution.
Monitor manpower and allocate work as required.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
Monitor work progress and report updates to the project team.
Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
Monitor site safety, quality, and work discipline.




Maintain daily work reports and site records.
Support engineers and project teams in completing activities on schedule.

Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).
0–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision or project execution.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to coordinate manpower and site activities.
Willingness to work at project/customer sites.
Willingness to travel as required.
Knowledge of Hindi is preferred where required for communication with site teams or customers.
Freshers with a relevant qualification may apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
