Job Responsibilities:
Daily site opening and closing supervision
Monitoring civil construction work at site
Ensuring work execution as per approved plans and drawings
Basic understanding and verification of Khatoni and property-related documents
Coordination with contractors, labour, and vendors
Maintaining site discipline and progress updates
Ensuring material quality and proper usage
Reporting daily site activities to management

Eligibility & Requirements:
Education: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsman (Civil)
Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans
Understanding of basic land/property documents (Khatoni, etc.)
Candidate must be Kanpur local or currently residing in Kanpur
Fresher can apply (solid practical knowledge preferred)

Pay: ₹8,549.30 - ₹18,903.67 per month
