Job description:
MBA in Human Resources (HR) is compulsory.
Receiving manpower requirements from admin and management. (departments heads also)
Ensure right people at right position at right time.
Recruiting talented staffs as per the requirements within the budget of the company.
Appointing staffs after getting the approval from the mgt.
Informing the department heads and IT 4 days before about the joining of the recent employee.
Handover the appointment letter copy to finance department.
Handover the staffs to concerned department head of the first day of the appointment immediately after finishing the joining procedure, which need to make it without delay.
Make sure the minimum 3 qualified candidate is ready to join at any time as per the requirement of the company in each position.
Basic introduction to the current joining about the company rules and procedure.
Proper coordination between department heads about the performance and recent requirements of the staffs.
Make sure the maintenance of office decorum by all staffs.
Handling suggestions and grievances of employees .
Employee performance appraisal report to mgt.
Consult the leave request of staffs with concerned dept. heads.
Updating the leave requirement of staffs in WhatsApp group in advance.
Warn the employees if any performance issues or any other problems from their side.
Keep the confidence level of employees.
