We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence on E-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day seller account operations, ensuring compliance with E-commerce policies, optimizing listings, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage E-commerce account operations (inventory, listings, pricing, and orders).
Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords).
Monitor account health and ensure compliance with E-commerce policies.
Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback professionally.
Manage shipments, inventory planning, and stock replenishment.
Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and policy violations.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in E-commerce (Preferred Experience handling international marketplaces (UK, US, Europe, Aus, UAE etc.)
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
