Examine and assess patients attending the clinic.
Take detailed history and perform clinical examination.
Diagnose common acute and chronic medical conditions.
Prescribe appropriate treatment and investigations.
Provide emergency/first-aid management when required.
Review investigation reports and follow up patients.
Identify patients requiring specialist consultation or hospital admission and arrange referral.
Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
Provide appropriate counselling to patients and attenders.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, laboratory and pharmacy.
Ensure proper follow-up and continuity of care.
Maintain skilled, ethical and medico-legal standards during duty.
